hubergroup Print Solutions is set to spotlight its flagship ink series, HYDRO-i, at IndiaCorr Expo once again this September 2025. Since its introduction in 2022, the water-based portfolio has earned recognition as a global benchmark in sustainable printing, delivering high-performance results with an environmental footprint.
The hubergroup team is returning to the place where the product’s journey began to share its experience, celebrate partnerships and look back on 260 years of innovation in printing inks.
Three years ago, at IndiaCorr Expo 2022, hubergroup unveiled HYDRO-I, its sustainable water-based ink portfolio for corrugated packaging. Today, this series stands as a standard in the global market for combining brilliant results with sustainable printing.
Developed through rigorous market analysis, close customer collaboration, and advanced R&D, HYDRO-i allows converters to align production processes with evolving regulatory requirements and customer expectations. The portfolio reflects hubergroup’s commitment to innovation that benefits the entire corrugated packaging value chain.
HYDRO-i is more than just an ink series – it is a holistic system. Developed to meet the complex demands of corrugated box production, it includes tailored ink systems for post- and pre-print applications and is compatible with both coated and uncoated substrates.
With low VOC content and high mileage, HYDRO-i helps converters significantly reduce environmental impact while maintaining vibrant print quality.
The series is produced locally at hubergroup’s state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Silvassa, India – a facility equipped with automated production, extensive quality control processes, and SAP-based traceability.
